Job Description

As a Senior Implementation Manager for Distributed Construction, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of offsite volumetric construction projects by managing digital assets, coordinating pre-construction activities, and ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, brand partners, architects, developers, general contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to construction.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain digital assets in collaboration with brand partners to ensure consistency and accessibility.

  • Lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities for Distributed Construction projects.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Architects of Record (AORs), owner/developers, general contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

  • Set up and manage all project production data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for downstream teams.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital twin data to support planning, visualization, and execution of projects.

  • Manage project budgets throughout each project's lifecycle.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Identify and mitigate risks during the pre-construction phase to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in digital construction methodologies, tools, and workflows.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on modular or distributed construction.

  • Strong understanding of digital construction tools, BIM, and digital twin technologies.

  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance requirements.


Preferred Skills:


  • Architectural degree and experience managing full project lifecycle as an AOR

  • Experience working with hotel brand partners in a multi-site construction environment.

  • Knowledge of lean construction principles and prefabrication methodologies.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
