You'll be selling into our premier foodservice conference portfolio:

  • Restaurant Leadership Conference: 4-day event in Phoenix, AZ (April 13-16, 2025) connecting top restaurant industry leaders
  • Global Restaurant Leadership Conference: Exclusive invitation-only gathering in Barcelona, Spain for international restaurant executives
  • FS/TEC: Leading foodservice technology conference
  • CREATE: Event focused on emerging restaurateurs

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Account Manager to join our Commercial Foodservice team at Informa Connect. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through booth sales and sponsorship opportunities across our premier foodservice conference portfolio, including Restaurant Leadership Conference, FS/TEC, CREATE, and Global Restaurant Leadership Conference.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve booth sales and sponsorship revenue targets across foodservice events
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new exhibitors and sponsors within the restaurant, foodservice technology, and culinary sectors
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize renewal rates and upsell opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and custom partnership opportunities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, marketing directors, and decision-makers from leading restaurant brands and foodservice suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and event execution
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
  • Collaborate with event production teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Market Development

  • Research and analyze market trends within the foodservice industry to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of competitor landscape and positioning strategies
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

Event Portfolio Management

  • Manage sales activities across multiple concurrent events including Restaurant Leadership Conference (Phoenix, AZ), FS/TEC, CREATE, and Global Restaurant Leadership Conference (Barcelona, Spain)
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for each event
  • Support event logistics and on-site client management during conference execution
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, trade shows, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice, restaurant, or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Personal Attributes

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with travel requirements for client meetings and event support
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on building long-term client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience selling to restaurant executives, foodservice technology companies, or culinary professionals
  • Knowledge of trade show and conference industry best practices
  • Existing network within the foodservice industry

The salary range for this role is $72,500- $90,000 + commission, based on experience.
