Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: As the Director of Signal Integrity (SI), you will lead a globally distributed team of SI/PI engineers responsible for ensuring robust signal and power integrity across advanced electronic designs. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical depth with organizational leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence in high-speed design environments. You will oversee the development, analysis, and optimization of SI/PI performance for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Pay may vary in other locations.
