About the Role The Campaign Coordinator on the Casino Campaign Planning team plays a key role in supporting the execution of casino marketing initiatives. This role helps manage the flow of incoming requests, ensures projects are set up accurately, and assists with moving work through the full project lifecycle from intake and approvals to delivery and closeout. As an important member of the team, the coordinator provides organizational, operational, and communication support to help keep campaigns and day-to-day marketing efforts running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, and detail oriented. The coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to workflow management, and end-to-end campaign planning. The role offers hands-on experience with real-time prioritization, project oversight, and the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives that support the overall business. Responsibilities
Monitor request queues to new requests, ensuring all submissions are captured and reviewed in a timely manner. Conduct initial viability checks and route new requests for the appropriate operational, creative, or CMS approvals. Convert approved requests into active projects, set accurate project timelines, and update project statuses throughout the workflow. Assign project owners and allocate task items to the appropriate team members to support successful end-to-end delivery. Maintain ongoing oversight of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is proactively managed. Coordinate with creative, operations, and digital teams to ensure requests are properly approved and executed.
Essential Functions
Apply a creative and strategic mindset to help assess requests, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, project reviews, and planning discussions where appropriate. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (strongly preferred). Experience or coursework in project planning, marketing execution, or campaign coordination (strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload effectively. Experience with project management systems such as Jira, Asana, or Workfront is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30,00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
