Job Description:The Unit Secretary is responsible for providing the department with the clerical support necessary to ensure a smoothly functioning unit. The Unit Secretary works in partnership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, toward the end of providing quality patient care and enhanced communications. Experience: 1 year Clerical - Required Healthcare Setting - Preferred Certifications/Licensures: CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training- Required within 30-days of hire and renewal annually or within 30-days of return from a leave of absence. Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology through experience or completion of a course - Preferred* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) - Preferred Work shift:shift in between - 0800-1630 Days worked per week: Varied Hours worked per day: 5-8 Work Shift:08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $29.27 - $40.51 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
