Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Quality and Service Departments with a strong focus on purchase orders and financial tracking. They will also assist the Service and Quality Departments with day-to-day responsibilities.

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to the Service, Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments
  • Creating purchase order requests and ensuring accuracy
  • Submit invoices to Accounts Payable for payment
  • Monitor and track PO balances
  • Plan and schedule ongoing certifications, educational workshops, and trainings
  • Coordinate department lunches, functions and team building events
  • Support QA Compliance department with all audits
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Establish good rapport with outside vendors
  • Perform ad hoc administrative projects as needed

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Teams
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$25.00 to $27.60
