Duties, Responsibilities & Other

As a CE Data Quality Coordinator, you will:

    Execute data quality activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Utilize data governance strategies to create a seamless experience for users
  • Advocate for the importance of consistent data entry
  • Develop and implement efficient data collection strategies
  • Understand how the data is interpreted and identify areas jeopardizing integrity
  • Perform required data cleaning and manipulation prior to analyses
  • Develop and maintain curriculum and training materials related to use of D365 CE
  • Provide timely, solution-oriented responses to issues with data entry
  • Conduct new hire training and regular, targeted refresher sessions
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives
  • Stay current on latest technologies and methods
  • Comply with all KCI policies and procedures
  • Complete other duties as required/assigned


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Geography, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, and business
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oral
