AGE Solutions is looking for an Automated Testing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the highest levels of software quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with automated testing tools, including UiPath, BrunoAPI, JavaScript, C#, and SQL as he or she will lead a team of testers in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective testing strategies for regression and new work based on individualized business cases. This role involves working closely with development teams, understanding business requirements, and creating automated scripts to validate software functionality.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Develop and implement test automation and frameworks for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA analysts to understand requirements and identify strategic test scenarios.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects and issues.
  • Design, maintain, and improve test automation infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on improving testability and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Continuously investigate, learn, and implement new testing technologies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test data, and assertion criteria.
  • Work with the assigned project and program managers to provide government customers and executive leadership with reports, as required.


Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



  • Clearance:


    • Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret Security Clearance through a T3/NACLC investigation.


  • Experience:


    • 5-rears relevant experience.
    • Deep experience with automated testing tools, particularly UiPath, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
    • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).


  • Skills:


    • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UiPath, nUnit, xUnit, TestNG, Appium).
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as TypeScript, C# or Java, , JavaScript, Angular.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • DoD or military medical supply chain experience is highly preferred.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with Automated end-to-end Tests, Regression with full assertions criteria tests, feature specific automated tests, Comprehensive Load tests with appropriate assertions for System degradation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and principles.


Work Environment and Physical Demand:



  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.


Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
