HGA has an exciting opportunity for a talented Civil Project Engineer to join our Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. You'll work on a variety of impactful projects across the country, including those in the commercial, government, healthcare, and higher education sectors. As a Civil Project Engineer at HGA, you will play a key role in designing and coordinating civil engineering solutions that support high-performance, integrated design. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Architecture/Engineering (A/E) team-managing your own tasks while helping to deliver innovative, timely, and client-focused solutions. Work with the civil team to complete site engineering tasks and collaborate to ensure the successful completion of the design of site layout and grading plans, utility design, erosion control plans, and stormwater management plans.

Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
