About the Role:

As a pivotal UX Designer, you will help define scalable and sustainable solutions for complex challenges and contribute to long-term user experience and product strategy. Your expertise will guide multiple design efforts, bring fresh perspectives, and encourage broader divergence of thought to achieve shared goals. You will act as a subject matter expert, using your deep knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered methodologies, design systems, and research tools to deliver thoughtful, durable, and impactful design work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with engineers to communicate design intentions, negotiate solutions, and guide the implementation of design specifications, mock-ups, and product models.

* Use and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand user trends, and analyze the competitive landscape while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

* Drive continuous design improvements using insights from UX testing and stakeholder feedback, engaging partners to deliver on product goals.

* Build alignment across teams and secure support for design strategies while effectively communicating design approaches and addressing potential challenges proactively.

* Contribute to setting project priorities aligned with broader organizational goals and assist in coordinating resource allocation within projects while seeking opportunities to expand responsibilities.

* Craft innovative design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.

* Anticipate evolving design constraints and clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions for new and existing problems, with a focus on mitigating unintended harm.

* Lead the implementation of a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products and develop a compelling design vision for partners.

* Mentor and guide other UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research or conduct independent research to support and validate design directions.

* Apply, adapt, and define strong UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems while using writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, and create prototypes that support the product vision.

* Propose strategic ideas to enhance user experience by anticipating user needs and collaborating with partners to resolve constraints in strategy, product, or technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong skills in data analysis, synthesis, and planning

* Deep knowledge of product design principles and practices

* Expertise in interactive technology

* Proficiency in UX research methodologies

* Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle

* Excellent aesthetic sensibility

* Strong understanding of user behavior
