SCHEDULE 3:00pm - 3:15am, Monday - Friday SUMMARY The Production Driver is responsible of ensuring a safe steady workflow for production lines that line driver is assigned to. Ensuring the correct ingredients and packaging are staged for use. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of all food ingredients and/or packaging material being returned from production ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This is a representative sample -- not to imply a complete listing of all responsibilities and tasks.
- Locates staged fruit/ingredients/packaging needed for production based on information from Operating Parameters and direction from Production supervisor / OPS Tech.
- Brings in the equipment required for filling area and finisher hopper based on information from Operating parameters.
- Verifies all items brought into production are correct based on picking list, shop traveler and formula. Communicates any discrepancies.
- Maintain the production area supplied with ingredients and packaging. Keep this area in motion by prioritizing and organizing best method of execution to keep a steady flow.
- Completes shipping manifest for all FG product being moved out from production for reconciliation purposes.
- Works closely with production personnel in regards to timing and placement of raw materials and packaging in production areas
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Fluent in English, in order to interpret documents such as specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, reports, business correspondence, regulatory and procedure manuals.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to record numbers on required paperwork.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and supervisors. Work independently with little or no supervision and be a team player.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Meet behaviors established in Tree Top's performance management and development process.
- Effectively organize, set priorities, schedule assigned work; oversee multiple and rapidly changing priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one-year position-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous certifications on Forklifts - Call 1 thru V, sitting forklifts only, electric and propane
