The Per Diem Corporate Accounts Support is responsible to support the corporate accounts department in many cross-functional roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides coverage for the Concierge Specialist, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, Corporate Accounts Specialists, Special Accounts Coordinators, Quality Assurance Analysts and Corporate Accounts Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant
  • Requires the ability to be fully functional in all of the prior listed roles

Required Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience either business-to-customer or business-to-business
  • Demonstrated accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm
  • Proven intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management personnel
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of all business software
  • Good analytical and mathematical ability
