The Per Diem Corporate Concierge Specialist II is responsible for providing concierge services to identified employees participating in physical programs such as the Be Well at Shell Premier Prevention exam and MOTIVA exam.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing confirmation, appointment preparation duties and on-site concierge services as outlined in the procedures for these types of programs
• Responsible for maintaining supplies at each of the appropriate clinic sites to provide healthy snacks and drinks to each of these employees, and provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the Corporate Concierge Specialist I, in the absence of the Manager of Employer Programs or Supervisor of Concierge Services

Required Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or direct sales
• 2+ years of experience at KSC in a Corporate Concierge Specialist I position
• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications with knowledge of MS Office products
• Epic experience
• Proven knowledge of Insurance and Managed Care
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, telemarketing and sales
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
