As a Senior Accountant, you will manage general ledger accounts, perform financial reporting, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Pay and Hours

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting closes
• Record, maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports based on thorough analysis
• Examine financial records, collect relevant data, and provide recommendations
• Maintain documentation in compliance with internal control procedures
• Prepare supporting materials for internal and external audits
• Assist the Accounting Manager and the management team with special projects and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and financial inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 4 years of general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial processes
• Excellent analytical, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Team-oriented with a customer service mindset
