NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the AVP of Member Solutions and supports department-specific onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. The role focuses on helping new and existing associates understand policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent performance and compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with training delivery, monitoring onboarding progress, and performing basic quality checks during training phases. The position collaborates closely with department leaders and the training team to maintain accurate resources and provide feedback for continuous improvement within the department. This role supports quality and consistency within the department through coaching and training-focused quality checks. REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years collections experience. Experience developing and facilitating training may be considered in lieu of collections experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. 2. Ability to quickly learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of department policies, procedures, and processes. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using other web-based technologies. 5. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related State and Federal laws and regulations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Leads the delivery of department-specific onboarding and advanced training programs, including classroom, online, and side-by-side sessions. 2. Ensures associates complete required onboarding and ongoing training, providing detailed progress feedback and recommendations to managers.
3. Updates and maintains training materials and manuals to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with department and compliance standards. 4. Performs comprehensive quality reviews beyond onboarding to ensure adherence to department standards; compiles detailed reports and identifies trends for improvement. 5. Communicates regularly with department leaders, compliance, and training teams to ensure resources and programs meet operational and regulatory requirements. 6. Analyzes training effectiveness and associate performance, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance learning outcomes and overall team performance. 7. Develops and facilitates specialized training initiatives for complex processes and roles, collaborating with subject matter experts and management. 8. Performs other duties as assigned.
