Join Telecare's Treehouse South 340 program in Orange County. As a Short-Hour Residential Counselor, your Friday and Saturday evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) become a catalyst for recovery.

In this vital crisis-stabilization role, you won't just "provide services"-you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to help individuals in acute crisis reclaim their health, hopes, and dreams. Whether you are building your resume with our Free Supervision for BBS Associate Licenses and Free CEUs, or boosting your take-home pay with an 11% Weekend PM shift differential, your hours here will change lives-including your own.

Shifts Available:

Short-Hour | 3:00pm-11:30pm | Days: Friday-Saturday

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
• At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

Tree House North is a short-term crisis residential program, which works in collaboration with the Orange County Health Care Authority (OCHCA). It will assist members within Orange County who are experiencing acute mental health crisis, and need additional assistance in stabilizing their current level of functioning without resulting in the member being admitted to any Inpatient or higher level of care facility or program. The program is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that focuses on stabilization and recovery.
