Supermicro is seeking an accomplished and visionary VP, Server System Engineering and Management to join our Technology Enablement team in San Jose, CA. This role requires a rare combination of deep server hardware expertise, strategic business leadership, and the ability to guide high-impact technology initiatives across the rapidly expanding IT and AI infrastructure markets. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying emerging opportunities, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, and leading a world-class Technology Enablement organization. $270,000 - $288,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
