Job Title: Director - Clinical Education Programs Description Employment Status:Full time Shift:Day/Evening/Night (United States of America) Facility:1906 Belleview Ave SE - Roanoke CP07 Carilion Medical Center. Requisition Number:R153646 Director - Clinical Education Programs (Open) How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:This position reports to HR Education and Organizational Development and requires a BSN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing). Master's Degree Preferred. Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) preferred. Collaborates with the Director of Clinical Education to lead and support clinical education programs and teams across the organization. Provides oversight of clinical education teams, regulatory compliance, and new initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce development strategies. Designs and implements education programs that support onboarding, transition to practice, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff. Oversees the creation of learning experiences using diverse modalities-including, but not limited to, eLearning, just-in-time, at-the-elbow, virtual sessions, and live classroom instruction-to ensure accessibility and effectiveness across the organization.
