This role requires facilitating evidence-based training programs including Milieu Management, Suicide Awareness, Handle with Care, Verbal De-escalation, Get SMART, and other facility, corporate or regulatory-required competencies. The Facility Educator collaborates closely with leadership, human resources, and performance improvement teams to identify learning needs, develop tailored education plans, and validate competency effectiveness. Facility Educator Job Requirements: ASN Required, BSN Preferred Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
