Description AEM Product Owner 18 months Charlotte, NC Hybrid- in office 3 days per week USC or GC Holder Only (No C2C/1099 or W9) Job scope: This team owns the AEM "Adobe Experience Manager" product, which is a content management system that marketers and content publishers use to launch offers and make updates to the website. This team owns the platform and makes enhancements to the tool. - Will be an Application Product Owner for AEM, working on vision, strategy, and delivery of marketing content platforms for enterprise digital experiences. Will be working on end-to-end agile product lifecycle, including delivery. - Will make enterprise-wide improvements to AEM that help with content authoring, quicker release cycles, and improved marketing effectiveness, that helps teams launch campaigns faster. Must have CMS experience, preferably AEM. Needs to have a decent technical acumen and history in technically complex organizations Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features. * Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. * Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness. * Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met. * Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track. * Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues. * Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation. * Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment. * Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
