Sunday and Monday 3 PM - 11 PM

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. You will conduct regular patrols and provide outstanding customer service, using strong communication skills to support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter suspicious behavior and support a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Communicate and collaborate with store staff and management regarding security-related matters, incidents, and/or emergencies.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to company and client protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing conditions and needs within the retail location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
