Site Reliability Engineering I

POSITION OVERVIEW:

With oversight, provide support for leading and assisting in the resolution of complex problems and technical design gaps across the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company's systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements, reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve and postmortem

2. Leverage critical thinking to improve best practices and provide enterprise-level recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency

3. Drive strategic planning in team's planning and execution

4. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

5. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience plus Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

* Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills

* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

* Excellent problem-solving skills for complex and difficult challenges

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. Pay: Pay Range: $71,480.00 - $112,939.00 per year
