Non CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver

Staffmark is seeking new talent in Kansas City, MO, and hiring an experienced Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our team. Enjoy a great schedule, home daily, and the opportunity to work with a family-oriented company that values your time and dedication.

Pay:

• $22.00/hour + Overtime after 40 hours
• Paid weekly (hourly pay structure)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday | Start Time: 6:00 AM until finish
• 45+ hours per week
• Local, consistent work - no overnight travel

Job Details:

• Route Type: Local deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and schools
• Freight Type: Touch freight
• Equipment Used:16-ft box truck (automatic transmission), Electric pallet jack (EPJ - training and certification provided), 2-wheel dolly, Lift gates
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 lbs
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Job Duties:

• Operate and safely deliver goods using a 16-ft box truck
• Load/unload product using electric pallet jack and dolly
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
• Represent the company professionally at all delivery sites
• Read and interpret shipping orders accurately
• Follow all safety guidelines and delivery protocols
• Available as scheduled to meet customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Valid Class C Driver's License
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
• At least 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience (within the last 3 years)
• HAZMAT endorsement is a plus but not required
