TEKsystems is hiring a Project Management Assistant to join our clients team onsite in Cedar Rapids. Must be comfortable working on a worksite in trailer setting. Description Project Manager Assistant Jobs play a crucial role in supporting project managers to ensure the smooth execution of projects. In this role, our primary responsibilities include: * completing payroll * vendor setups * travel coordination * organizing meetings * managing schedules * assisting in the creation and maintenance of project documentation We serve as a bridge between the project manager and the rest of the team, facilitating communication and ensuring that all project components are aligned. Our involvement in these jobs is pivotal for keeping projects on track, within budget, and completed on time. Through our diligent work, we help bring visions to life, one project at a time. Skills & Qualifications: * Excel Skills - Intermediate - advance is required , must be willing to verify through an Excel test * Attention to detail is a must * Strong scheduling skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
