| Position Summary |
The Training Professional
III will serve as a specialist in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for staff (and potentially faculty) at
UGA. This role will lead complex training initiatives, act as a subject matter consultant, coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, and may provide leadership or oversight to other training staff or contractors. The role supports UGA's mission and aligns with the institution's core values: Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect. |

- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs using adult learning principles.
- Create course materials, job aids, and e-learning modules tailored to UGA's workforce.
- Ensure all training programs align with university policies, compliance requirements, and strategic goals.
