Construction Superintendent
Overview The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to completion, developing project strategies, plans, and budgets, and assembling qualified project teams. The role also involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employee activities, which may include supervising various trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, and carpenters) in different construction disciplines such as, civil, structural, electrical. Walbridge is looking for Superintendents that know how to and love to build! Location This long-term project is near Hamlet, NC. However, we are seeking individuals highly willing to travel to our client projects on a long-term basis. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Project Planning and Strategy:
Plan and supervise construction activities, including determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
