Analyzes salary data to track spending and identify trends and drivers of budget variance and salary increases. Gathers salary data from various systems and develops detailed reports on salary utilization, trends, and cost savings opportunities. Responsible for standard reporting on a monthly basis and ad hoc reporting as needed. Works with Finance, Operations, and HR to provide labor cost insights.

REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Management, Health Systems Engineering, Health Care Administration, or other related field.
2. Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in healthcare financial analysis, healthcare management engineering, healthcare consulting, or healthcare supervision.
3. Strong ability to understand complex data, identify trends, solve problems, and understand budgeting principles.
4. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED
1. Working knowledge of other microcomputer applications including: Database applications, HRMS, and other financial systems.
2. Experience in healthcare productivity or decision support.
