Job Title: Warehouse Lead



The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Shipping & Receiving at Starport's Warehouse facility. The main functions of this role are to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's inventory, receipt and storage of raw goods.



Responsibilities:




  • Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.






  • Ensure accurate documentation and handling of incoming and outgoing inventory.






  • Maintain inventory integrity through regular monthly audits.






  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.






  • Support staff operational procedures and safety protocol.






  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.






  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned





  • Load and unload materials and equipment for transportation in Starport company box truck






  • Oversee the delivery of materials to both facilities in a timely and safe manner






  • Participate in monthly inventory




Qualifications:



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position.   • High school diploma or equivalent






  • 3+ Years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in leadership role






  • Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures






  • Excellent organizational and communication skills






  • Ability to lead and motive a team in a fast-paced environment






  • Forklift certification and experience preferred
