As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech, media, and telecom locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences, according to established protocols.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner while maintaining access control and verifying identification as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal management by communicating concerns or security-related incidents promptly, following company guidelines.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt to varying working conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
