Description and Requirements

The Integrated Manager is responsible for leading, creating and executing brand marketing strategy and campaign plans and overseeing the execution of activities to help achieve those objectives to drive overall business growth.

* Develop and own the North America marketing integrated plans to achieve business goals with WW Marketing and North America business teams.

* Develop insights-driven strategy, end to end marketing campaigns, including brand partnerships and social activations to break through the clutter and drive engagement and cultural relevancy.

* Orchestrate & disseminate plans across cross-functional teams and platforms and lead them in overseeing planning & performance and own day-to-day execution

* Gain alignment of GTM plans from key stakeholders both internally & externally. Act as an advocate for North America's needs and priorities among global marketing teams to ensure campaigns resonate organically with target audiences in US & Canada

* Nurture strategic partnerships in North America to drive awareness, engagement and loyalty.

* Establish benchmarks and KPIs to track and optimize campaign and brand effectiveness

* Collaborate with Alliance Partners and Marketing Operations team to ensure campaigns are compliant and work with evolving budgets & SOWs

* Other responsibilities: be a strategic business partner and own overall North America commercial segments, assisting and consulting on adhoc projects as the brand expert. Competitive reviews, market analysis, research, budget management & presentations as required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with NA sales and WW marketing stakeholders to understand segment strategies, objectives, and priorities
  • Define North America Brand marketing strategy, engaging business and geo stakeholders throughout the process
  • Have expertise of the NA customer base by deeply understanding and widely socializing US & Canadian industry insights, audience segmentation, and the customer decision journey
  • Maintain the target audience framework, value proposition, and messaging strategy, ensuring all produced content clearly aligns
  • Educate WW stakeholders and external partners on relevant campaign elements to drive cohesion across internal and external activities
  • Work with the social, digital, and agency teams to manage campaign assets creation
  • Work with the geo marketing teams to help drive the implementation of the global campaign execution framework and guide them through the localization process
  • Establish campaign and supporting program KPIs and targets
  • Review campaign performance data and manage optimization strategies with key stakeholders
  • Manage the quarterly marketing budget and associated operational activities

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
  • 8-10 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience launching and running brand end to end marketing campaigns
  • Experience in social and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of current marketing strategies, digital platforms, and trends.
  • Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously from end to end
  • Experience with managing advertising, creative, social and media agencies.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
