With minimal guidance, the ER Partner maintains a neutral position and consistent approach to DigiKey's policies and procedures in order to mitigate risk and align work to meet business needs. The role provides strong partnership on performance management, disciplinary processes, restructuring activity, legal issues, investigations and conflict management. The role also promotes a positive culture within the business. Responsibilities:

The base pay range for this position is: $70,000to $95,000Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range, including the candidate's work experience in related roles; the candidate's knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position. ______________________________________________________________________ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
