As the leader of the Region/Market, the General Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans that align with company objectives. The position owns regional P&L performance, including operating locations across multiple MSAs (Metropolitan Statistical Areas) and approximately $5M to $100M of annual revenue (depending upon the region/market size) across all of WillScot's lines of business. The General Manager is responsible for overall performance of the P&L with an emphasis on commercial leadership, operational execution, and talent development and employee engagement., leads high-performing sales and operations teams, and is accountable for expanding market penetration across all WillScot business lines. With oversight of branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution, this leader ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of solutions while fostering operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term market success. Base Wage Range:$100,100.00-$150,100.00 Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
