Nestle Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks multiple Expert IT Ops-Facilities in Phoenix AZ

Duties: Guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements. Support delivery and sustain of complex applications and business capabilities, and accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development, support, and lead the technical activity. Provide deep specialist guidance and support in areas such as artificial intelligence and robotic process. Makes recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of emerging technology and technical methods and methodologies. Provide the product team with technical expertise and advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision. Perform preliminary studies, general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications. Ensures IT Customer and Consumer requirements are met and service quality maintained when introducing new products. Ensure that all solutions within the technology area are delivered and maintained securely and compliant with internal standards and external regulations including privacy requirements. Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentations and implementations. Telework is acceptable up to 1 day per week.

Requirements:

Job requires 9 years of experience in the job offered or in an Expert IT Operations Facilities role or closely related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, System Analysis or a closely related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in an Expert IT Operations Facilities role or closely related occupation. Required experience must include all of the following:

• 3 years of experience designing Data Centers;
• 3 years of experience creating and implementing project plans;
• 3 years of experience resolving technical issues related to power, cooling, and infrastructure components in computer rooms;
• 2 years of experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams;
• 2 years of experience successfully leading technical evaluations;
• 2 years of experience working with Building Construction General Contractors and Low Voltage Cabling Vendors;
• 2 years of experience working with monitoring tools including: Orion, Structureware, and DC Expert;
• 2 years of experience working in Agile methodology framework using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira; and
• 2 years of Compliance and ISMS experience.

Telework is acceptable up to 1 day per week.
