Are you detail-oriented and passionate about technology? Join our team as a Technology Analyst, where you'll play a key role in managing the arrival of the latest company-owned devices! You'll get hands-on experience inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring every device's security seals and packaging are intact, and capturing precise photographic records. If you love combining your tech-savvy mindset with strong organizational skills, this role offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity to keep our inventory running smoothly and securely.



Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming equipment, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and accurate logging in the mobile tracking database.
  • Perform regular case opening, handling, and annual comprehensive device inventory.
  • Coordinate annual reviews of equipment management processes and manage device disposal per company policies.
  • Oversee the annual Deep Freeze assessment and inventory.
  • Support shipment processing devices, including charging, logging, scanning, and proper storage.
  • Maintain ongoing equipment activities such as charging, documentation, and organized return of devices to storage.
  • Assist with equipment receipt by inventorying shipments, photographing and documenting devices, charging as needed, and processing returns.


Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Experience with database logging and mobile tracking systems.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures accurately.
  • Proficiency in handling electronic devices and understanding of charging cycles.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors.
  • Attention to detail, especially in documentation and device condition assessment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic photography skills for documenting devices, a plus.

  • Potential starting salary range: $56,420 - $59,500
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
