In this role, you'll take ownership of TAB execution in the field-planning work, leading technicians, validating system performance against engineered design, and serving as the primary field point of contact for project teams, clients, and trade partners.

You'll lead TAB efforts across commercial retail, laboratory, and healthcare projects, using company-provided tools and resources while building and developing a high-performing TAB team.

To support your growth, we provide structured training, certification support, mentorship, and long-term leadership opportunities within our highly skilled Special Projects group.

Sign-on Bonus + Company-paid TAB or NEBB Certification (prep, training, and exam fees included).

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality TAB readings and reports that meet engineered design intent
  • Verify HVAC system performance and ensure proper balancing, documentation, and commissioning support
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct TAB field activities for assigned projects

  • Ability to produce accurate, complete TAB reports aligned with design intent
  • Experience leading crews, coordinating field work, or serving in a foreman or lead technician role (preferred, not required)

People describe you as:

  • Highly accountable, dependable, and trusted to lead work independently
  • A strong communicator who collaborates effectively across trades and project teams
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Results-driven, organized, and proactive in solving field challenges
  • A technical leader others look to for guidance and direction

You're motivated by:

  • Leading technically challenging HVAC projects from planning through execution
  • Developing people and building strong field teams
  • Autonomy, continuous learning, and ownership of results
  • Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear growth opportunities
  • Being part of a transparent, supportive, team-first company culture
