As an ARMO Mechanic, you will perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs). You will follow established procedures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role will involve interpreting technical documents, using measurement tools, and maintaining accurate records to deliver reliable outcomes.

As an ARMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Electrical Submersible Pumps.
  • Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.
  • Assisting in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues.
  • Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.
  • Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
  • Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety, and delivery.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints, and parts lists, and following procedures and maintenance practices.
  • Using measurement and gauging equipment and processes to solder and assemble mechanical devices.
  • Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintaining assembly records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical field (preferred), OR
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (oilfield, automotive, airline, or military).
  • Have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard tools.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Have basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement processes.
