Be the Best Onboarding Compliance Specialist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • One year of college, including courses in human resources management, are
  • At least five years administrative or human resources
  • Effective interpersonal skills, communication, and problem-solving
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Systems knowledge ICIMIS, HireRight, SkillSurvey strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday required.
  • Understanding of FCRA guidelines and process
  • Knowledge of recruitment process and common terminology

Responsibilities:

  • Guides new hires from the point of verbal offer through to their first day, managing the process of issuing written offer letters, facilitating the completion of employment applications, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Prepare written offer letter and company and regulatory documents for signature
  • Initiates references, backgrounds, and drug Works with hiring offices to ensure completion of additional background checks as required (fingerprints, registries, etc.)
  • Review and adjudicate background check results for prospective employees, ensuring compliance with state, federal and company policies.
  • Assess the accuracy and completeness of background check reports, including criminal, healthcare sanctions and references.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR if there is a potential risk or red flags
