Shipping and Receiving Lead

Tessera is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our manufacturing facility in Auburn, Washington. The Shipping and Receiving Lead will oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, inspection, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This role provides hands-on leadership to the shipping and receiving team while maintaining compliance with quality systems, safety requirements, and ERP processes. The Lead partners closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to on-time delivery and operational excellence. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
