Qualifications High school diploma required, technical school degree in Diesel or Automotive preferred. 2-5 years of experience in construction equipment maintenance (such as master mechanic or equipment management), or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Must possess practical knowledge of the function, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment and related vehicles.
Responsibilities The Equipment Repair Coordinator serves as a key technical resource for all equipment-related matters within the Allan Myers fleet. This role supports both shop and field operations by providing expert guidance on maintenance practices, managing maintenance schedules, and contributing to strategic decisions regarding equipment budgeting, acquisition, and disposal. The advisor also plays a critical role in implementing departmental initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
