Job Summary: To provide a clean and safe environment for the university community. The duties and responsibilities include the maintenance of an assigned section on a daily basis (section assigned by the grounds supervisor), in addition to seasonal requirements.This position is assigned to first shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and requires on-call availability during the winter season for snow removal. The ideal candidate will operate light-duty tractors and ride-on zero-turn mowers; operational knowledge is strongly preferred but not required. Job Description: DAILY OPERATIONS:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. (Hours may vary depending on departmental needs and winter weather events, including snow removal on an on-call basis). Setting: Maintenance Laborer is an on campus position, not eligible for Hybrid or Remote work. This position requires a background check.
