Location: Remote, US Job ID: 44204 Join HID Global's Identification Technologies (IDT) Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit as our RFID Sales Manager and take charge of driving revenue and market growth across the NAM region. In this high-impact role, you'll spearhead the expansion of our RFID business within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical markets, helping shape the future of healthcare technology. We're looking for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in selling directly to OEM medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Your understanding of the full channel-to-market-whether direct to OEMs, through system integrators, or via distributors-will be key to unlocking new opportunities and accelerating adoption of our cutting-edge RFID solutions. The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary in the United States is $ 97,932 to $ 138,569. The OTE is up to $ 230,948.
