About the Role: The Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator supports the Corporate Quality team by ensuring company policies, systems, and documentation meet regulatory and customer requirements across food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Quality, this role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, managing customer-facing quality documentation and maintaining the integrity of proprietary quality records. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to manage quality systems and software to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation. Working collaboratively across the organization, the QA Compliance Coordinator helps uphold regulatory compliance, support audits, and strengthen the company's overall Quality Management System.
