About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator supports the Corporate Quality team by ensuring company policies, systems, and documentation meet regulatory and customer requirements across food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Quality, this role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, managing customer-facing quality documentation and maintaining the integrity of proprietary quality records. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to manage quality systems and software to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation. Working collaboratively across the organization, the QA Compliance Coordinator helps uphold regulatory compliance, support audits, and strengthen the company's overall Quality Management System.

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete customer-facing quality documentation, including questionnaires, product quality statements, and qualification materials.
  • Create, edit, organize, and maintain controlled quality documents, procedures, agreements, and records in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
  • Maintain and administer quality management and customer documentation systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, recording audit notes, and assisting with audit responses.
  • Provide corporate QA support for investigations, customer complaints, and reporting activities as needed.
  • Deliver training and guidance on quality systems, documentation practices, and compliance requirements to internal personnel.

Role Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or office environment, with prior experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Experience working in a GMP or ISO-regulated environment with knowledge of GDP requirements.
  • Familiarity with customer and regulatory audits (e.g., ISO, SQF, GFSI, RSPO, FDA, HACCP) preferred.
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills in a scientific or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems, SharePoint, or quality software systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
