looking for permit experience - any industry is ok; but any telecom, railroad and local municipality ideal
combo of overhead and underground
would like them close to East Coast - anywhere East of the MS is great
closer to the shore is good
may have to attend events on occasion maybe 1 day every 6 months or so for a meeting - at the local state department's office
must be able to track Excel
and read prints
P2/Sphere is nice to have
experience with high level of organization; 1200-1400 permits in a location that will likely double
