Job Title: Financial Analyst I

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Nashville, TN 37214

Pay Rate: $27.15 - $29.18 hourly on W2

Hours: 8AM to 5PM - Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
Manager is looking for a professional, fast learner and all-around team player to join her team to assist with financial reporting and analysis. Must have very strong MS Excel skills, attention to details, strong self-motivation, and good open communication skills.

• Attention to detail.
• Financial reporting and basic analysis.
• Advance experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, Pivot Table, etc....)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Advanced degree in a financial discipline preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
  

  Responsibility Level:

• Exercises minimal independent judgment under supervisor guidance.
  
  
  
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data.
  • This role involves interpreting and communicating financial insights to internal stakeholders.
  
  
  
  

  Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of business trends and forecasting revenues/expenses.
• Familiarity with economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company accounting policies and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
  

  Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support technical reports.
• Analyze financial data to understand variances.
