Precision Matters: Crimping Technician Wanted

As a Crimping Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in producing small, highly detailed components within a regulated manufacturing environment. Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $21.00-$25 per hour (based on shift)
  • 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday



What You'll Do Each Day



  • Set up, operate, and perform minor repairs and daily preventative maintenance on automated crimping and production equipment
  • Maintain raw material feeds, clear machine faults, and resolve equipment stoppages
  • Use human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to monitor processes and correct deviations
  • Ensure materials are properly prepared and jobs run on schedule to support on-time delivery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or safety issues using established troubleshooting guides
  • Utilize computer systems to support inventory tracking and quality management processes
  • Measure parts using precision tools to ensure specifications and tolerances are met
  • Support new product transfers, process development, equipment validation, and process validation activities
  • Follow work orders, specifications, and instructions provided by Production Leads
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, material handling requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace suitable for medical device manufacturing
  • Communicate discrepancies or quality concerns to leadership promptly
  • Collaborate with small groups and cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals



What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or associate degree required
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device or precision assembly environments
  • Proficiency in English for reading documentation, written communication, and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience operating or maintaining automated machinery
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, or optical inspection equipment
  • Experience with discrete assembly, robotics, or automated production systems preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Understanding of basic math and problem-solving concepts, including root cause analysis
  • Dependable, quality-focused team player with a positive attitude
