Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate project managers, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Handle stakeholder communication and risk management.

Work Location: Washington, DC



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field with 3 years or relevant experience, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree (Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience).
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise IT
