Louisville, Kentucky, USA Clariant currently has multiple openings for a Level 5 Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our skilled team at the PPCAT Plant in Louisville, KY. This senior-level role requires a minimum of six years of industrial maintenance experience and advanced expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, reliable operation of heavy production equipment with minimal downtime. Technicians independently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while serving as a technical resource to the team. The position follows a Monday-Friday rotating schedule, including 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.), 2nd Shift (3:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), and 3rd Shift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.). Clariant offers competitive hourly pay, a performance-based increase after six months, paid time off, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after four months.
