States considered: Michigan Team Lead - Value Stream Operations - OSD Formulation (2nd-Shift) POSITION SUMMARY As a leader of people, provides direct production floor leadership to colleagues who are engaged in the formulation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This supervisory position will lead 2nd shift Oral Solid Dose (OSD) tablet manufacturing within a growing operation. This role is an opportunity to gain experience and develop for future leadership positions at the site. RESPONSIBILITIES
IMPACT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE *Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory / people leadership experience with demonstrated success in performance management and development. *Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Leadership experience, Pharma industry experience, and education to date to be considered in lieu of degree. * Oral Solid Dose/Tablet Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. *Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of colleagues and management across organizational boundaries. Candidate must possess flexibility and agility to respond to constantly changing conditions and priorities. *Must be willing to quickly learn and become proficient in common systems used to manage the business - to include production schedule, quality deviations, ERP system, change control, KRONOS.WORK ENVIRONMENT/SHIFT
