Inside Sales Manager - Residential

The Sales Manager oversees the residential inside sales team, driving performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. This role is responsible for motivating and developing a team of Inside Sales Consultants, fostering strong communication, accountability, and customer focus.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the residential inside sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor team metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead management and conversion.
• Support outside sales initiatives by aligning efforts with inbound strategies.
• Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability and continuous learning.

Lead Lifecycle Management

• Ensures CRM tools are used to track leads from initial inquiry to final outcome
• Implements follow-up processes for all pending leads, confirming final status of either Booked or Lost (and disposition of bookings or lost opportunities)

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.
