Position Overview

PSI is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to oversee and manage the company's Industrial Security Program across multiple programs. The FSO works closely with the Director of Operations and internal teams to ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations, customer requirements, and corporate policies in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and applicable SEADs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Industrial Security Program, including Facility Clearance (FCL), clearance processing, security briefings, and insider threat requirements
  • Administer personnel security actions using DISS, NBIS, NISS, eApp, and e-FOCI
  • Track, maintain, and support personnel security clearances and Visit Access Requests (VARs)
  • Maintain DD Form 254s and security documentation in compliance with DCSA standards
  • Conduct security training, self-inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Develop and update company and program-level security policies and procedures
  • Support HR, Contracts, and Proposal teams with security-related requirements
  • Maintain and support the Insider Threat Program and ITPSO
  • Prepare reports and coordinate with government and industry partners as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Top-secret clearance
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government security standards, NISPOM, and SEADs
  • Proficiency in DISS, NBIS, NISS, eApp, e-FOCI, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, accountability, and initiative
